A: Bow Tye Gifts Corporate Head Office is located in London, Ontario. All of our Products and Healing Boxes are shipped from our London location.

A: We ship anywhere in North America.
*For deliveries with a London, Ontario address please allow 24-48 hrs. for delivery. Same day delivery is available upon request if the order is received by 10am(EST) that day. If you order after 10am on a Friday and require delivery that day, please contact us. We will always do our best to see if you may be accommodated.
*Rates to London addresses: $13.99
*Ontario and Quebec addresses please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Rates: $16.99 - $$18.99
*All other Provinces please allow:
Alberta Region: 4-5 days Maritimes Region: 2-3 day
Elliot Lake & Region: 4 days Northern Ontario Region: 2-3days
Manitoba Region: 2-3 days
Delivery charges for Provinces range from $26.00 - $ 30.00. Prices for individual Provinces will be shown in the shopping cart at check out.

Q: Can you guarantee my shipping date?
A: We deal with dependable couriers, but due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, traffic ect. We cannot guarantee a specific date for delivery.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: No, we are not able to provide this service.
Q: Can I ship to someone in the hospital?
A: With the ever-decreasing length of hospital stays, the patient is likely to be discharged by the time the gift package has been delivered. We advise you to send your gift to the recipient’s home when they can fully enjoy it during their time of recuperation. If however, the recipient is scheduled to be in the hospital long term, please get approval from the hospital staff to confirm a gift can be received by the recipient. Also, we will need to know the exact room/building/tower numbers. The more information you can get concerning their location, the easier it will reach them.
Q: What if the recipient is not home to receive the package?
A: Please leave the recipients contact information, phone number if you have it and/or email. We will contact them to arrange a shipping time. If you do not have their information the driver will leave a notation at their door for them to call for specific delivery instructions. The driver will return one more time. If they are not available even after making the necessary arrangements, the gift package will be returned to head office in London, Ontario.
Q: When do deliveries take place?
A: Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding holiday. If you have a special request please do not hesitate to contact us.
