RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
Bow Tye Gifts Inc. (all references herein to any of the following “our”, “us”, “we”, or “Bow Tye Gifts” is a reference to Bow Tye Gifts Inc.) strives to provide the best shopping experience for our customers and/or gift recipients (all references herein to any of the following “you” or “your” is a reference to a customer or gift recipient) of our products (“Item” or “Items”), including products received as a gift (“Gift” or “Gifts”), and as such we provide the following guarantee:
Subject to approval by us and any limitations, restocking fees and non-refundable amounts as herein provided, we are happy to return or exchange any Item or Gift (i) that was damaged during shipping (“Damaged Item”); or (ii) with which you are not fully satisfied (“Unsatisfactory Item”) (collectively, the “Returned Item” or “Returned Items”).
Except as otherwise provided herein, to be eligible for a return or exchange of an Item you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of your Item by: email firstname.lastname@example.org; or phone 519 859 1331 (local); 1 888 519 9211 during business hours as outlined in the “Contact Us” section of our website at http://bowtyegifts.com.
To be eligible for a return or exchange of a Gift you must contact us within two (2) weeks of the Gift’s date of receipt of purchase.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
In all cases, only regular priced Items and Gifts can be returned or exchanged and the Returned Item must include all paperwork, parts and accessories and be:

Upon our receipt and inspection of the Returned Item, we will notify you via email that we have received the Returned Item and whether we have approved a refund (“Refund”) or an exchange (“Exchange”) for the Returned Item.
Upon approval for a Refund for an Item, a credit equal to the original price paid minus a 20% restocking fee (“Return Value”) will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Upon approval for a Refund for a Gift, a Bow Tye Gifts gift certificate (the “Gift Certificate”) equal to the Return Value will be emailed to you. The Gift Certificate will expire one (1) year from the date of issue.
Upon approval for an Exchange of a Damaged Item, we will ship to you, at our cost, the same Item or Gift, as originally purchased or received by you. If the Item or Gift is no longer available or in stock we will provide you with a refund equal to the original price paid for the Item or Gift.
Upon approval for an Exchange of an Unsatisfactory Item, a Gift Certificate equal to the Return Value will be email to you. The Gift Certificate will expire one (1) year from the date of issue.
Shipping times vary and we are not responsible for any shipping delays for any reason.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs (“Shipping Costs”). Shipping Costs are non-refundable, except as otherwise herein provided.
Shipping Costs for Damaged Items are refundable.
We do not provide any guarantee related to your shipment of Returned Items including receipt of a Returned Item. We highly recommend that you select a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to avoid disappointment.
Mala Bead Refunds
Within five (5) days of receipt of mala beads (“Mala Beads”), please contact us as provided in the Notification section above. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items included with Mala Beads, including but not limited to the Meaning and Purpose Message and gift packaging are included with any return or exchange of Mala Beads.
Mala Bead Restringing

We reserve the right to (i) deny your return if you or the Item or Gift has not met any or all of the conditions above; and (ii) to modify this Return Policy and Guarantee at any time without notice. All posted changes are effective immediately.
