Q: Will I receive a confirmation that my order was received?

A: Yes, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is in process. If you do not receive an email, please contact us immediately.

 

Q: Do I need to set up an account to order online?

A: No, orders can be placed as a guest and no order information will be saved for subsequent orders. However, you certainly have the option to set up an account to make your ordering process quick and easy for repeat orders, and to have a notation of what you previously ordered. You choose what is best for you.

 

Q: How do I leave a message for the recipient?

A: Two Options: leave a message at checkout and we will print on a small card. No charge for this service. Purchase a special greeting card. We will hand write whatever you wish to communicate. Your choice.

 

Q: Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

A: Yes, all our prices are in Canadian dollars and will be settled in Canadian dollars.

 

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Billing for Corporate Accounts can be arranged by contacting our concierge service team @ info@bowtyegifts.com.

 

Q: How much is Tax?

A: Tax is calculated based on where the gift is being delivered to and will be adjusted accordingly. Ontario tax is thirteen percent.

 

Q: Can I order multiple gifts with different delivery locations at one time?

A: For ease of transaction, we request that you please put one order in at a time, alternatively, give us a call and we would be happy to get it done quickly and efficiently with you.
